Who we are
Studio Oxford is located at Zandzuigerstraat 38 in Almere and is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 77715233. We are responsible for the data you share with us via our webshop.

What data we process
When placing an order
- Your name and delivery address
- Your email address
- Phone number, only if you enter it yourself
- Payment details, which are handled directly by Mollie and do not reach us
- IP address and order history
When subscribing to the newsletter
- Your email address
- Possibly your name, if you provide it

- Anonymized page visits
- Device and browser data
Why we do this
- To process and send your order properly
- To comply with our fiscal retention obligation of 7 years
- To handle your question or complaint personally
- To send you our newsletter, and only if you choose to receive it
- To improve the webshop, based on anonymized data
How long we store data
- Order data – 7 years, because the Tax Authorities require it from us
- Customer account – as long as you keep it active yourself, after which we will delete it upon request
- Newsletter – until you unsubscribe
- Analytics – anonymized, maximum 26 months
With whom we share data
We never sell your data. Never. We only share it with parties we need to get your order to you or to keep the webshop running.
- Delivery services such as PostNL, DHL, and DPD – for your name and delivery address
- Mollie – for payment processing
- Shopify – our platform and where orders are stored
- Klaviyo – for the newsletter, and only if you have subscribed to it
Some of these parties are outside the European Economic Area. Data is only transferred there based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
Your rights
It's your data. So you can always ask what we have about you, have it adjusted, or have it deleted. Send us an email at [email protected] and we will get back to you within 30 days.

No longer agree with the processing.
Receive your data in a readable format.
Temporarily pause processing.
If you disagree with something and we cannot resolve it together? Then you can always file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Security
All traffic with our webshop runs via a secure SSL/TLS connection. Your payment goes directly to Mollie and is never stored with us.
Should anything ever go wrong with your data, we will inform you in time. This is legally required and also simply good practice.
Changes and contact
If the law changes, or if we change anything in our working methods, we will adjust this policy. The most recent version will always be on this page.
