Promotional Terms and Conditions
This applies to all our discounts, bundles, and temporary offers.
Applicability
These conditions apply to all Studio Oxford promotions. Our General Terms and Conditions also remain in effect. If there is a contradiction between the two, these promotional terms and conditions will take precedence.
Discount codes
- Discount codes are personal and non-transferable
- A maximum of one code is valid per order, unless otherwise stated
- Codes are not exchangeable for cash
- Codes cannot be applied retroactively
- Studio Oxford reserves the right to deactivate codes in case of misuse
- Codes expire on the stated end date
Bundle promotions
- Bundle discount applies only when all components are ordered simultaneously
- Upon return of one or more bundle parts, the discount will be recalculated and settled
- Bundle promotions are valid while stocks last
- Stated prices include VAT
Because we work with unique pieces, a bundle may become unavailable as soon as one of the items is sold. Not because we want to, but because it is unavoidable.
Mystery box
You do not know exactly what is in a mystery box in advance. What we do state: the category, the minimum condition, and the minimum total value.
- Mystery boxes are not covered by the right of withdrawal, unless the minimum value can demonstrably be shown not to have been reached
- The authenticity of all products is guaranteed in accordance with our authenticity guarantee
Sale
- Sale prices are final and cannot be combined with discount codes, unless explicitly stated
- The regular 14-day right of return applies
- Studio Oxford can end a sale at any time
Misuse
If we observe misuse of a promotion or discount, we may cancel the promotion or order and refund the amount. In persistent cases, we will close the account.
