Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases from Studio Oxford. By placing an order, you agree to the content of this document.
Deviations are only possible after written agreement.
Offer
Studio Oxford sells vintage clothing, deadstock, and – currently in development – its own line. Each product is described as accurately as possible. Due to the nature of vintage clothing, items may vary slightly from the image. Specific details are always mentioned.
Obvious errors in the offer are not binding on Studio Oxford.
Agreement
The agreement is concluded when you receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Until that moment, you can cancel the order.
Studio Oxford reserves the right to refuse an order for valid reasons, such as suspicions of fraud.
Returns
You have a 14-day cooling-off period, starting on the day of receipt. Returns can be made without stating a reason via [email protected].
Costs
- Return costs are at the expense of the buyer
- Refund will take place within 14 days of receipt of the return
- The product must be returned in its original condition
In case of a demonstrably faulty or damaged product, we will reimburse the return costs. Please include a photo with your return notification.
Prices
All prices include VAT, excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are made transparent during the checkout process. The price at the time of order is decisive.
Delivery
Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be shipped on the same business day.
- Netherlands — 1 to 2 business days
- Europe — 2 to 5 business days
- Outside Europe — 5 to 14 business days
In case of delay, we will inform you by e-mail. The risk for the product lies with Studio Oxford until the moment of delivery.
Payment
Payment takes place when placing the order using the methods listed on the website. In case of failed payment, the order will not be processed.
Quality & authenticity
Each product has been personally assessed for condition. The condition is described as honestly as possible, including any defects.
All branded clothing is guaranteed authentic. If this proves not to be the case, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price — without time limit.
Slight wear, faded colors, and natural irregularities are inherent to vintage clothing and do not constitute a defect.
Complaints
Complaints can be submitted via [email protected]. Please include your order number. We will respond within 2 business days.
In the event of an unresolved dispute, you can use the European ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Disputes & applicable law
Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Midden-Nederland district.
